What is the GTU Continental Cup?

The Grand Touring (GT 27) Continental Cup is meant to be an affordable entry to competitive road racing. Cars entered in the series must have come from the factory with less than 250 horsepower and few modifications are allowed, which boosts the reliability of the race cars and keep costs down. The GT 27 Continental Cup has several race weekends per year, each with two races per weekend. The races are 8-10 laps long each, and there are as many as 40 competitors in the series currently.
